Intern position

Kiourtsidis & Co is an Area Sales Management company specializing in lighting components, systems solutions for control and monitoring as well as electrical installation solutions. Working mainly in the Greek and Cyprus market, we work with some of the leading lighting manufacturers in the country, as well as electrical wholesalers, electrical contractors and end-users, providing them with high-end solutions as well as technical consulting. We are looking for an Administrative and Sales Intern that will potentially join our company team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staF member, and completing all allocated tasks.
  • Conducting desktop research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Attending and participating in meetings.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company’s managers.
  • Updating and filing documents and entering data in CRM system.
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes.
  • Preparing company newsletters and other promotional materials.
  • Ensuring deliveries to customers.
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and oFering improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing , or Technical knowledge are an
    asset.
  • Ability to fluently communicate in both Greek and English is required.
  • Solid knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Ability to independently think and find solutions.
  • Ability to work fast and eFectively- we are a team that relies on high production, which means we are looking for someone who is self-driven and thrives in a demanding environment.
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to openly and freely communicate with existing and potential clients.
  • Mindset of always learning, growing and taking more responsibility,.
