Finance Graduates – Financial Reconciliation Opening

We are seeking for highly motivated recent Finance Graduates or Junior-level Consultants/Analysts to support the implementation and optimization of our Financial Reconciliation platform for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to understand client business requirements, configure the platform as needed, and deliver high-quality reconciliation services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients related to their financial data reconciliation processes
- Configure and customize the reconciliation platform to meet client-specific needs
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the delivered solution aligns with requirements
- Assist in data mapping, integration, and transformation activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of the reconciliation platform’s capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or similar degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis
- Willingness to learn new technologies and financial concepts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
To be considered as assets:
- Prior internship or work experience in financial services, consulting, or related industries
- Knowledge of financial data reconciliation processes and regulations
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, or financial data integration tools
