CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT

We are expanding the team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are looking for eligible candidates to join our Support department.

Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing tasks allocated by Supervisor
      1. Replying to emails
      1. Updating Booking Information
  • Management of internal & external email communication (via calls, texts, and emails) with clients and collaborators
      1. Learning to handle client inquiries in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
      1. Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery
      1. Troubleshooting issues efficiently and offer resolutions
      1. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant superior
  • Provision of recommendations and brochures, leading to upsells
  • Assist the management team and Supervisor on ad-hoc requests
  • Mastering Travelive destinations, services, and itineraries
  • Staying current with the travel industry and destination trends, and relevant new developments
  • Maintaining good relationships with co-workers, taking direction from superiors, and working effectively as part of a team
  • Liaise with other departments effectively & efficiently

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Good communication skills and command of the English language both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze trip details; BA degree preferred (or pursuance) or excellent score in High school
  • MS Office proficiency & documentation skills
  • Computer and technical knowledge/fluency
  • Ability to multitask and sound problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years prior experience in customer support preferred
