About the role

As Artworks Specialist you will work closely with and support the creative team, following designs and artwork from their conception to final sign-off. As a member of the marketing team, you will effectively collaborate with other departments, regional team and external partners.

Your responsibilities

  • Fully lead and implement artwork development and launch approval processes including SKU code creation
  • Assist Marketing Team in developing and executing consumer promotional activities including POP, events and co- marketing
  • Support the Marketing Team in briefing, de-briefing & development of communication materials
  • Own the POs opening process and track actual vs planned expenses
  • Co-lead with the Brand Teams ad-hoc projects related to new launches and / or developments
  • Participate in monthly meetings and support on data analysis upon need
  • Effectively collaborating with other departments (such as sales, trade marketing, accounting, planning, commercialization, operations), regional team and with external partners (ATL/BTL agencies, media shops, PR agencies).

The experience we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communication, business administration or any other relevant field
  • 6 months of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG sector will be considered as an asset
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of IRI/Nielsen database and SAP would be considered as asset
