Role Summary:
As an Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist the operation emergency center by providing high quality travel assistance services to travelers and expatriates.
Contract type: Temporary Contract
Work City: Athens, Piraeus

Role Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality customer assistance
- Provide travel assistance services to travelers and expatriates
Who You Are:
- Preferably Degree educated
- English Language Degree with excellent command
- French Language very good knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of PC applications / Word, Excel, Internet, Power point
- Efficient problem solver
- Always act with integrity and professionalism
- Any other foreign language is an asset
- Previous experience in assistance services is an asset
