Trekking Hellas Rhodes is Hiring for Season 2024!
We are looking for passionate people to join our team for the 2024 season.
We are a company based in Rhodes, Greece, the sunniest part of Europe.
As a company, we are part the largest and oldest Outdoor tour Operator in Greece (Trekking Hellas Group of Companies). We provide day activities such as: Sea Kayaking Trips, Hiking Trips & Food tours. Also, we offer multi day adventures on Rhodes and the nearby islands.
Position Available:
· Reservations’ manager
The role involves:
Dealing with reservations, informing guests about upcoming trips, blocking/unblocking availabilities in different websites, answering phone calls & emails, greeting walk-in guests, uploading & sending photos of daily trips, dealing with cancellations due to weather & refunds etc
- Contract: 01 April 2024 –31 October 2024
- Working Patterns: Full time – 6 days a week
- One day off per week
- 2 shifts available : 08.00 – 17.00 / 12.00 – 21.00 (every month’s schedule will be announced in advance)
- Workplace Address: Paralia Kathara, Faliraki, Rhodes Island, South Aegean, Greece
What we offer:

- Food: One meal per day will be offered.
- Training : At least 2 weeks at the start of the collaboration and on going throughout the season.
It is essential to:
- Have very good Office Skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Have very good writing skills in English
- Enjoy customer service roles
It is desired to:
- Have any tourism administration related university degree
- Have previous experience in a travel agency
- Have very good writing skills in Greek
- Love experiencing outdoor activities
