Trekking Hellas is looking for an enthusiastic person, who will handle sales requests from individuals and Tour Operators, build offers and create tailor-made products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to daily requests and bookings (B2C)
- Manage client portfolio / Account management (including Tour Operators and Travel Agents) (B2B)
- Creating and updating contracts with B2C and B2B clients
- Efficiently communicating and negotiating with local suppliers
- Data management in CRM
- Creating and updating products -itineraries
- Pricing new products and adjust pricing in existing with the use of cost forms
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or relevant field
- Fluency in Greek, English; multilingualism is a plus (French, German)
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- High level computer skills
- Knowledge of Greece
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Previous working Experience in Tourism (ideally Sales)
