Trekking Hellas is looking for an enthusiastic person, who will handle sales requests from individuals and Tour Operators, build offers and create tailor-made products.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to daily requests and bookings (B2C)
  • Manage client portfolio / Account management (including Tour Operators and Travel Agents) (B2B)
  • Creating and updating contracts with B2C and B2B clients
  • Efficiently communicating and negotiating with local suppliers
  • Data management in CRM
  • Creating and updating products -itineraries
  • Pricing new products and adjust pricing in existing with the use of cost forms

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or relevant field
  • Fluency in Greek, English; multilingualism is a plus (French, German)
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • High level computer skills
  • Knowledge of Greece
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
  • Previous working Experience in Tourism (ideally Sales)
