We are looking for an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, Marketing Assistant to assist the Firm in its overall marketing efforts, communications and media profile.
Main duties / key accountabilities:
- Assisting with website & intranet maintenance and constant improvement;
- Assisting with the editing and formatting of newsletters & newsflashes;
- Promotion of firm’s news on social media and via email (Mailchimp);
- Contributing to all the client-facing and corporate events, from inception to delivery – logistics, preparation of invitations and invitee lists, circulation of materials and internal and external communications;
- Assisting with preparation and collection of information for submissions to legal ranking publications (including Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR);
- Updating and maintaining attorney profiles on Chambers, Legal500 and similar;
- Supporting the management of the firm’s digital media/LinkedIn; development of the firm’s social media strategy and implementation;
- Creative work (banners, leaflets, brochures, roll ups etc.) for the participation in conferences;
- Assisting with the design and preparation of Firm’s presentations (PowerPoint etc.);
- Running competitor analysis and remain aware of developments in the legal industry internationally;
- Working with external providers, such as graphic designers, printing houses, publishers, conference organizers, negotiating relevant agreements, following up with the timely delivery of the work, etc.;
- Providing administrative support to the department, but not limited to, coordinating the tracking and reporting on marketing, communication, and business development activities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration and/or law field.
- 1-2 years working experience in a related to the above fields;
- High verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek;
- Technical savvy in terms of analytics and research;
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems, digital marketing, content marketing and social media – basic graphic design skills are a plus;
- Very good knowledge of Mailchimp email management system;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Outlook, Teams) and Canva.
