Your Tasks
Depending on your experience and interest, your work may focus on one of the following areas:
Cyber Security
- Expert (m/f/d) for cyber security solutions, such as next generation firewalls, E-mail
security, endpoint protection and vulnerability management - Choice between the Operations or Projects Team
Cloud / Data Center
- Conceptual design, set-up as well as operation of customer environments in the data
center/ in the cloud and our internal infrastructure - Possible areas: Network, virtualisation, storage, operating systems and/or cloud
services
Helpdesk
- Receiving, qualifying and forwarding support requests
- Carrying out installations, relocation, replacements and configuration for customers
PreSales
- Support with complex challenges in the PreSales phase
- Advising our account managers (m/f/d) on a technical level
- Sparring partner in national as well as international projects
Possible positions: Administrator (m/f/d), Engineer (m/f/d), Technician (m/f/d), Consultant
(m/f/d), Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your Profile
