Big Blue Travel is one of the top DMCs in Greece, offering all the kind of travel services all over the country for groups and individual clients. This DMC brand is member of Orancon group of companies, with many different activities throughout the country and not only.
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated person to join our Shore Excursions Department for the following:
- Making reservations for tours booked either for individual clients or for groups coming from the cruise ships
- Data entry to our back office system
- Checking our OTA collaborators for reservations, cancellations etc
- Reassure that the operation runs smoothly and assist in case there is a need
Desired qualifications
- Excellent communication in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Team player, proactive, creative, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of additional language(s) will be considered as an asset
