Position Title: Junior Accountant
Position Location: CSL Behring Hellas EPE – Athens
Business/Functional Unit: Greece (1096)

Position Purpose / Main Tasks:
Perform accounting related tasks and entries, mainly concerning the following areas:
- Manage Cheques Receivables.
- Issue Clawback / rebate credit notes.
- Clear customer deposits vs invoices.
- Bank reconciliation relating to collections.
- Customers Ledger reconciliation.
- Employees expense sheets management.
- Intercompany re-invoicing
- Participate in filing process
Perform Inventory relating tasks such as:
- Inventory Valuation,
- Inventory reconciliation,
- Weekly Inventory Position status,
- Destructions Provisions
Provide assistance in marketing and commercial departments according to instructions received from relevant department, on regular or ad-hoc basis
The aim is to effectively cooperate with local finance and commercial teams and external auditors / consultants to ensure local accounting requirements.
Key factors in this position are Team spirit, self-motivated, a solid understanding of the total finance process, accuracy, sense of urgency, efficiency and integrity.

Additional Comments:
Greek finance department is in the middle of transition phase due to transfer of one member of the team to another role. The aim is to recruit a temporary employee with 1year contract, until new structure will be established. Minimum position requirements:
- 1-2 years’ working experience in accounting field could be a plus, but not mandatory.
- Bachelor from finance related university (AEI / TEI / college)
- English language knowledge (Proficiency level desirable)
- Familiarity and good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong collaboration Skills
- Eager to learn and evolve in finance field
