Responsibilities
- User support in company’s business applications
- Daily monitoring of company’s business applications and interfaces
- Management of support requests, solutions and FAQ is company’s ticketing system
- Perception and recording of users’ needs
Qualifications
- AEI/TEI Degree in Information Technology
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
- Good knowledge in MSSQL script language
- Knowledge in other development tools will be a plus
- Good knowledge in English language
- Good communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork spirit
- Positive attitude to learn
