HR Rewards Analyst

The Rewards Analyst will be placed in the Human Resources Strategy and Reward Division of Alpha Bank, as member of the team responsible for the design and implementation of the rewards strategy, the variable and fixed remuneration, the Collective Labor Agreement as well as other ad hoc compensation and benefits projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Design and communicate the fixed rewards strategy and model in the context of the total compensation framework and the Bank’s people strategy.
  • Run the annual salary increases process and be responsible for all salary proposals.
  • Manage compensation benchmarking (annual salary surveys, trends analyses etc.).
  • Support other people projects related to job architecture and job evaluation.
  • Produce top quality reports on compensation-related requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Analytics/Mathematics.
  • Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an asset.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in Finance, Business Planning, Rewards or Consulting will be considered an asset.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
  • Team player attitude.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to put effort and demonstrate commitment to achieve results.
