Purpose of the Role
Supports the Business Applications functions within the ID department and mainly focuses on the Energy Management Information Systems and related applications/ processes.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Acts with professionalism, ethics and a high sense of responsibility and collegiality, at all times.
- Participates in the analysis, design, implementation and test of business applications change, regarding Energy Management System, ETRM and AspenTech.
- Coordinates and monitors solutions implementations to IS Change Issues, for the systems of his/her duty.
- Monitors applications systems interfaces.
- Provides 1st level support to key users, focusing on Energy Management System, ETRM and AspenTech.
- Escalates issues for 2nd or 3rd level support to vendors and evaluate solutions provided.
- Coordinates users and consultants participating in IS Change.
- Acts as a central person for collecting and tracking change requests progress for Energy Management System, ETRM and AspenTech.
- Conducts 1st level testing in solutions provided by vendors.
- Coordinates and controls the vendors that provide IT outsourcing services to the Company, with regard to Energy Management System, ETRM and AspenTech.
- Ensures proper documentation is provided for the applications in his/her duty.

Education
IT or Business-related disciplines BSc
Relevant Professional Experience
Relevant working experience in IS Business Analysis, Design and support in Business Applications, preferably in the Utilities sector
