Purpose of the Role
Enhances and supports the Oracle SOA Infrastructure and systems integration needs, mainly focusing on Oracle SOA integration among CRM, Billing, Collection and Web portals.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Acts with professionalism, ethics and a high sense of responsibility and collegiality, at all times.
- Participates in the integration analysis, design, implementation and test of projects requiring integration implementations via Oracle SOA.
- Decomposes high-level integration needs into Oracle SOA functional needs.
- Contributes in the installation, configuration, deployment, and administration of SOA components.
- Coordinates and monitors solutions of Oracle SOA implementations for integration with all related systems.
- Monitors overall Oracle SOA performance and effectiveness and suggests optimizations.
- Develops 1st level Oracle SOA enhancements and configurations where applicable.
- Provides 1st & 2nd level support on Oracle SOA and related integration layer.
- Escalates 3rd level support issues to vendors and evaluate solutions provided.
- Conducts functional and quality testing in solutions provided by vendors.
- Coordinates the vendors that provide IT services to the Company, with regard to the Oracle SOA and systems integration.
- Ensures proper documentation is provided for Oracle SOA deployments and integration architecture.
Qualifications
Education:
IT or Business-related disciplines, BSc
Relevant Professional Experience
Relevant working experience in Oracle SOA Suite and related products (WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle JDK etc) implementations, Years 0-2
Good experience with Web Services based integrations with expert level knowledge on SOAP, REST, XML, JSON and WSDL technologies, Years 0-2
Experience in working with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Years 0-2
Very Good IS analysis and design skills, Years 0-2
Knowledge of commercial related business processes and systems, Years 0-2
Languages
