Currently we are searching to hire a Business Operations (ERP/CRM) Analyst. The holder of the role will support the company initiatives with IT systems by acting as a liaison between business, IT, BI and external IT providers during projects’ implementation.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports business requirements’ analysis and improvement identification
- Aims in aligning business needs and IT systems with focus on business processes’ improvement and automation
- Supervises and conducts UATs
- Monitors adherence to business processes
- Supports day to day operational issues with regards to business operations IT systems
- Provides assistance to trainings, ensuring end-user proficiency
Qualifications / Requirements
- University Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Postgraduate studies on energy field will be considered a plus
- 2-3 years of working experience as a consultant or in technical field, preferably in the energy market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in IT systems ie CRM, SAP
- Knowledge of VBA for Excel and Access will be considered as a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
