Ensure the successful completion of 3DEXPERIENCE customer projects to guarantee customer satisfaction and Value Delivery.

Role description

  • On 3DEXPERIENCE projects, coordinate all associated activities & resources to guarantee the committed margin and scheduling criteria.
  • Provide support and follow up on 3DEXPERIENCE projects during presales as such as assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk management.
  • Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the 3DEXPERIENCE projects Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Create and manage 3DEXPERIENCE project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
  • Manage the 3DEXPERIENCE project budget and margin.
  • Manage and provide guidance to the project team.
  • Monitor purchases and expenses.
  • Prepare/update the business forecast
  • Communicate new 3DEXPERIENCE business opportunities identified during project execution.
  • Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.
  • Produce the lessons learn during the project closure phase.
  • Support/Encourage customer on putting in place necessary change management organizational activities

Role Profile Background

  • Services & consulting experience and Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Understanding of 3DS products and technologies would be a plus
  • 5 years’ experience in PLM or IT Project Management
