Business Analysts in banks gather requirements from stakeholders, such as traders, and work with other teams, like software developers, to deliver projects. They utilise their deep understanding of the business and technologies to ensure deadlines and project key performance indicators are met.
Working with such varied teams demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
In your role as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for talking in depth to the business and act as a daily liaison between trading and risk functions to provide business change expertise across a number of key initiatives.
After you complete our training programme, you could go on to work as an Alumni for an mthree global banking or tech client.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM, Economics or Finance-related discipline
- 2:1 degree / 3.2 GPA or higher
- Desire to learn new skills and apply them in Financial Services or a tech company
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in technology
