Your Responsibilities:
- Gathers the business needs and contributes to the business case assessment process with the business product owner in order to create value for the customer
- Builds the product based on privacy by design and compliance to the principles of architecture in order to get the best user experience
- Monitors, negotiates, optimizes the costs (build and run) in order to achieve the business case budget
- Communicates on any product evolution in order to manage user expectations.
- For its products related to a cross-functional operation:
- Accountable of the level of know-how of the users
- Accountable for the SLA operations and the user support in order to deliver the best user experience
- Accountable for her/his own personal and professional development
- Transfers knowledge & expertise in her/his area
- Identifies training needs for people in her/his field and works together with people managers on the application
- Creates learning or development methods in her/his expertise in collaboration with L&D department
- Train on the job new colleagues on his area of expertise
- Explains LM’s vision, mission, strategy and values in any occasion given internally & externally
What you’ll need to have:
- 3-5 years IT related Project management
- Project methodology (Prince, waterfall, agile…)
- Services Oriented Architecture Background / Knowledge
- User Experience oriented
- Business Process Management
- ITIL certification
- User support
- User Acceptance Test (Methodology, experience)
- Linux OS (LPI certificate)
- English fluency
- Business experience (retail, supply, webstore) (optional)
- French (optional)
- SQL programing (optional)
