Junior Asset Manager (Athens, Greece)
ROLE:
The right candidate will manage and contribute to appropriate recovery strategy for a portfolio of non-performing loans mainly in terms of restructuring credit exposures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries out a precise analysis on recovery strategy and on other suitable restructuring solutions that could be used for corporate NPLs based on corporate viability and/ or liquidation analysis
- Drafts internal memos, presentations and related documentation for the purposes of presenting restructuring cases
- Draws conclusions and makes recommendations on the assigned portfolio aiming at increasing portfolio’s performance with regards to recoverability
- Identifies any issues arising in the performance of recovery strategy and arranges for their immediate solution together with external counterparties (lawyers, audit companies etc)
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or any other Business related studies
Experience: Any experience within a Big 4, Commercial or Investment Bank is appreciated.
Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek, knowledge of Italian language will be considered as an asset
IT Skills: Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office
