Position

Pedersen & Partners has been active in the executive search market in the Greek market since 2006, upon the establishment of its first office in Athens.
Currently, Pedersen & Partners seeks to recruit an Associate, who will have an 8 month contract and will be working Tuesday to Thursday at their Athens Office.

Role

The main responsibilities of the Associate will be:

    • Office administration
    • Arranging appointments and meetings
    • Market research for ongoing searches
    • Editing draft reports for the search projects, such as progress reports
    • Assisting the Country Manager and senior professionals with business development, strategic projects, and maintaining databases in accordance with firm’s standards

Profile

In respect of the candidate profile:

  • Fluent spoken and written Greek and English is a must
  • University degree would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Hardworking and committed to delivering results
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary
