Το You in Europe σε συνεργασία με τον Ρουμάνικο Οργανισμό “AIDE association” σε προσκαλούν να λάβεις μέρος στην ανταλλαγή νέων με τίτλο “ACT like an entrepreneur” στην γραφική Ramnicu Valcea της Ρουμανίας από τις 3 έως τις 14/9

03.09.2018– Arrival Day- dinner included 14.09.2018-Departure Day- breakfast included ACT like an entrepreneur! Is a Youth Exchange with participants from 4 European countries Romania, Greece, Portugal, Italy
Total number of participants is 28, 7 participants from every country (6 participants+1 Group Leader). This project aims to increase the ability of participants to materialize business ideas by developing entrepreneurial and managerial skills by experiential learning. Young people who benefit from entrepreneurial activities assimilate not only business knowledge, but also important skills and attitudes such as creativity, initiative spirit, tenacity, team spirit, the capacity to understand risks and a sense of responsibility.
Main Objectives of the Mobility
1. Increasing the confidence of the 28 participants in their own strength 2. Stimulating participants to see social entrepreneurship as a way of hiring disadvantaged people 3. Developing the capacity to develop a business plan for a business among the mobility participants 4. Developing among the participants, the skills to transform business ideas into concrete actions.
Activities and Program During the mobility, the activities are designed as entrepreneurial workshops such as: Media challenge, Brainstorming plans, Debates, Team building activities, Business ideas that will be developed as a business plan going one step every day, Meeting with local entrepreneurs for feedback, Role playing as an employer vs employee (hiring announcement and CV sessions), Walk and talk into the touristic village and near The program will be attached at the end of this Info-pack After the daily activities participants will work in “entrepreneurial teams” for making a business plan by steps (10-15 minutes every day). In the last day of the mobility, the teams will meet 2 local entrepreneurs who will give feedback regarding the business plan. The business plan can be used as a dissemination material after the mobility.
Pre departure Activities
1. Business plan for a social enterprise. Before the mobility each team will make a business plan for a social enterprise called ”50.000 EURO for a social enterprise” according the needs from your community. The material is an idea of a social enterprise that includes young people from vulnerable groups from community.
The Venue of the Mobility The Youth Exchange will be held in Milcoiu, a touristic historical village situated near Ramnicu Valcea (10 KM), 162 km from Bucharest. The place where the group is accommodated is called Motel TOPOLOG. Το πρόγραμμα χρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και το Erasmus+ και καλύπτει στους εθελοντές διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) και τα έξοδα ταξιδίου μέχρι το ποσό των 275 ευρώ. Κόστος συμμετοχής στην ανταλλαγή 30 ευρώ.
