ΘΕΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ: SKILLS & CAREER DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST – ACTIONAID HELLAS

Candidates must have at least two (2) years of working experience in skills development, career counseling and career integration in the Greek labor market. This role aims to create and cultivate development plans for the beneficiaries of AAH’s Community Center, through in-house workshops, seminars and other skill-building activities. Career counseling and support in decision making are also part of the role. Strong interpersonal, results-oriented skills and a developmental mindset are key indicators for the successful candidate.Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles is required. Excellent command of the Greek and the English language, both oral and written is mandatory.
