IT Business Analyst position
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- University Degree in Information Technology, Business or relevant discipline
- Up to 3 years professional work experience in IT Business Applications functions
- Understanding of the Consumer Package Goods processes & technology ecosystem
(such as SAP ECC 6.0, CRM, Salesforce Automation, e-Business platforms) /
Experience of working in an Agile SCRUM development environment (Desirable) - Excellent command of the English language
- Analytical & Problem Solving Capabilities, Project Management Skills
- Teamwork Attitude, Results Orientation, Learning Agility
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Build trusted relationships and understand business needs/ processes/ data,
IT application landscape and digital trends in the functional areas of Finance,
Sales & Marketing; use this knowledge to contribute to the planning and design of
IT solutions. - Participate in the implementation activities of new IT solutions:
- Create, update and maintain IT project deliverables such as business requirements, functional design, issue & problem logs
- Work closely with external business analysts/ developers to ensure agreed plans and functional specifications are followed
- Provide operational support for incident and service requests related to implemented business solutions.
