YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a Manager will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, understanding key objectives for clients and Deloitte, maximizing results and driving high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders. In this role, you will develop high performing people and teams, act as a role model, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.
During your tenure as a Manager you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
  • Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
  • Comprehend how the client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
  • Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
  • Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
  • Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
  • Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients
  • Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
  • Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients
  • Manage and deliver client engagements and exceptional client services, as well as sales and practice development
  • Work within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying the client needs, breaks down large scale projects to manageable tasks, working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research, agreeing plans with the clients, explaining to designers and developers what’s required and overseeing the progress, producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project and advising the client on managing future IT needs
  • Provide top down and bottom up estimates to high level functional stories; Well versed with Agile delivery model delivering Salesforce projects, Salesforce manager is responsible to oversee and drive scoping, build, sprint testing and deployment to lower and production environments
  • Estimate, design and deliver data migration requirements using Salesforce and other industry ecosystem products
  • Lead overall Salesforce Configuration, Design, Build, testing, Documentation and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform in the Salesforce space
  • Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Force.com APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, components etc.
  • Play a technical lead role in evaluating new CRM technologies/ad-ons and develops plans for theirimplementation into Salesforce
  • Provide technical support for existing custom APEX code being used on the Force.com platform
    Integrate Salesforce application with other boundary systems leveraging SOAP/REST based solutions
  • Understanding of overall SFDC architecture and knowledge of salesforce.com ecosystems and  Salesforce.comsecurity models
  • Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices
  • Maintain alignment with Salesforce development best practices
Qualifications

OUR REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 10+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience
  • 2-4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules:  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com
  • Managed at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
  • Strong people management skills leading small to larger team spread across geographies
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud or Force.com platform and integrations
  • SFDC Experience working in APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Communities, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services
  • Having knowledge of MuleSoft, Informatica and Informatica Cloud is a plus
  • Financial Services and Retail sector implementation experience
  • Full SDLC experience implementing Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Oracle Sales Cloud, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ technologies (Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon)
  • Experience implementing other marketing automation packages or technologies (Wave Analytics, Blue Kai, Eloqua,Exact Target, Unica etc)
  • Certifications – Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales/Service cloud, virtualization or on other cloud technologies preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek & English
  • Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
