In ActionAid Hellas we mostly care about our Supporters’ requirements, along with the vital and valuable input they bring to our organization.
Therefore, we offer two new career opportunities:
1. Supporter Care Agent
2. Supporter Acquisition & Retention Officer
Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, keep abreast with best practices and have at least one (1) year of working experience in customer service roles. They should also present organizational and communications skills, a customer oriented personality and always keep a close eye to detail. Both positions require applicants to be in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles. Excellent command of the Greek and the English language, both oral and written is a mandatory prerequisite as well.
