The successful candidate will be joining the Quality, Safety and Environmental Department, and will be providing his/her services supporting the implementation, monitoring and improvement of company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The position is based at Nea Erithrea company’s premises.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees the implementation of company’s quality procedures, and makes suggestions toward the optimization of the company quality standards and climate.
- Collects and analyzes data to draft quality auditing reports and indicators.
- Participates in internal quality audits, to ensure compliance with the procedures and determinerehabilitative actions upon their completion.
- Supports preparation of the annual QMS review reports and Annual ISO 9001 Certification Audits.
- Develops and processes an efficient documentation and filing system to establish control andstructure in department’s data.
- Liaises with all departments in the company to ensure effective flow of information on all qualityprocedures at all levels and between the departments.
- Cooperates with external specialized consultants regarding quality audits’ outcomes and relatedactions
Professional attributes
- Bachelor degree in the fields of Engineering or Business Administration
- Postgraduate degree in Quality Management would be considered an asset
- 1-3 previous experience in the development and implementation of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 specifications
- Knowledge of basic concepts and tools of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- ISO Auditing skills would be considered an asset
- Excellent command of the English language
- Advanced MS Office user
