The company
Validata Group is a fast-growing multinational company, developing innovative solutions for the Banking sector since 2004. Due to their continuous expansion, we are seeking to recruit a talented Senior C# Developer who enjoys delivering quality software that meets customers’ needs.
Your profile
The ideal candidate is required to lead a team of software developers and quality assurance analysts responsible for the development and support of applications for our client’s organization. Maintains and drives technical milestones, coordinates development planning and activities with IT and business teams. This position works within a highly interactive team environment and works closely with both functional and technical staff to manage and provide daily direction to implement solutions to business requirements. Provides leadership, motivation and career development, while optimizing resources and schedules to ensure that work objectives are met. In order for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties of the job, you should possess the following:
- At least 10 years’ experience in commercial software with C# Web and/or Desktop Applications
- At least 5 years’ experience in Oracle and/or MS SQL Database programming
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Very good command of English language
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- experience with Agile/DevOps Development Practices
- Experience with multi-tier architecture, OOP and design patterns
- Willingness to learn & advance in the new technologies
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager
- Strong leadership, project management skills (Agile/ SCRUM), time management and problem solving skills.
- A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in development / support of banking / telecommunication software
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML
- Experience with Unix/Linux
