CONTRACTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – TRAVELIVE
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the implementation of Travelive’s contracting strategy.
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers. This includes annual contract renewals, special offers, group series and other business terms.
- Negotiate and develop exclusive high-end travel offers (hotels, transfers, yachts, tours and more.)
- Assist with the management of the annual tariff for distribution to travel partners.
- Support, manage and implement the development of internal staff development and inspection trips.
- Assist with the implementation of a clear procedure for system management and loading.
- Ensure supplier data, contacts and contracts are received in a timely manner and stored accurately and updated regularly.
- Assist with the maintenance of Standard Operational Procedures for the contracting.
- Remain up to date with competitor pricing.
- Work alongside Travelive’ s Contracting Manager to ensure the product portfolio is both unique and commercially sound.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or similar relevant field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a related position
- Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required
- Ability to communicate in additional languages (Greek, Portuguese and/or Italian) will be considered a plus
- Excellent command of MS office suite and strong computer skills

- Confirming hotel, air, ferry, rail, tour, transfer, and other travel services
- Scheduling and ensuring the accuracy of transfer, travel, and tour services

We are seeking for a self-motivated, customer-service oriented, strong team-player “Customer Service Officer”, to join our “Customer Care” team, in Piraeus office.
Responsibilities & Duties- Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment
- Monitor shipment according to customer status and track / trace upon delivery
- Participate to the promotion of relevant products or services when talking to customers Record and update information on customer profiles
