• Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives, contributing to the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations.
• Research and analyze challenging subjects related to Energy and cross-industry business operations and technology.
• Participate in client workshops that involve understanding current practices, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities and co-shaping the desired target state.
• Utilize various data sources and methods to analyze clients’ current business practices to diagnose issues, comprehend root causes and help develop pragmatic solutions and recommendations for improvement.
• Help clients shape a “fit for purpose” future state by designing target processes tailored to client needs, informed by best practices and powered by technology (e.g. RPA, Workflow Systems, Data analytics etc.).
• Accumulate and apply knowledge of best practice methods for business process modeling, reengineering and improvement (e.g. BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma) as well as business process management systems.
• Support more senior members of the team in delivering assignments efficiently, on quality and on time.
• Develop and nurture working relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders.

• Self-motivation for continuous learning and development and a strong desire to work on multidisciplinary teams and projects.
• 0-1 year of previous working experience preferably within a professional services environment or the energy sector.
• Excellent academic background from a top-tier university with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, or Accounting & Finance or Law from a top-tier Greek university
• A master’s degree or a Professional Qualification in taxation will be considered a strong asset.
• Legal qualification (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership) as well as any other approved professional qualification (e.g. ADIT) will be considered positively
• At least 6 years of working experience, as tax advisor/lawyer in Greece or with broad exposure to taxation
• Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
• Provide ability to conduct legal research, interpret legislation and case law
• Strong managerial, organizational, project management, analytical skills
• Proven track record with a leading professional services firm
• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients
