Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

• Υποδέχεται τους πελάτες και παρέχει πληροφορίες σχετικά με τα διαθέσιμα αυτοκίνητα και τις τιμές ενοικίασής τους
• Προετοιμάζει τις συμφωνίες ενοικίασης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της καθορισμένης περιόδου και των όρων ενοικίασης
• Επιθεωρεί τα αυτοκίνητα πριν και μετά από κάθε ενοικίαση για την αξιολόγηση της κατάστασής τους και την τήρηση αναφορών για πιθανές ζημιές
• Εξασφαλίζει τη βέλτιστη ικανοποίηση των πελατών με στόχο να ξεπερνά τις ανάγκες και τις προσδοκίες τους

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

• Απόφοιτος Λυκείου, Απόφοιτος Ανώτερης εκπαίδευσης θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
• Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στο χώρο των ενοικιάσεων αυτοκινήτων
• Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
• Γνώση επιπλέον ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί

Field Service Trainee

• Diagnose and troubleshoot allocated problems, understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Communicate with the client, if necessary, and organize tasks for international clients ( to be completed from Greece)
• Provide on-site technical support and cover IT Support openings for the clients
• Pick and receive spare parts that are required for the resolution of the problem, in close collaboration with the Help Desk Engineers and the warehouse
• Arrange the return of spare parts/materials, that were not used or are out of order, to the warehouse
• Check the spare parts to be used in the resolution of the problem
• Maintain and ensure that the vehicles are in a good condition
• Collaborate with teams for other company projects

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
• Driving license Α’/Β’ category

1. BSc degree in Computer Science or in an area/field related to AI, computer vision, machine learning and/or deep learning. 
2. MSc degree in a specialization in data analysis, probabilistic modelling, earth observations, satellite imagery analysis and/or geographical systems is an advantage. 
3. Good coding skills (e.g. Python) is important. 
4. Knowledge of GIS tools is a plus (e.g. ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS). 
5. Confidence in mathematics (e.g., linear algebra, probabilistic methods). 
6. Proven experience with ML/DL frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Keras). 
7. Knowledge of flying a drone with hyperspectral/LIDAR sensors will be considered an advantage.  
8. Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills. 
9. Prior publications in the area are desirable but not essential. 
10. Language requirements: Excellent written and oral English-language skills will be required.

Quality Assurance Engineer JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work within a dynamic team for a multinational company.

• Monitor workflows, processes and implement quality standards
