About the Program
Our 24-month program strives to accelerate your career with varied experiences in just two years. Gain knowledge across functions, including strategy, early on. These rotations offer a complete understanding of our business, preparing you for leadership.

Our onboarding process is crafted to set you up for success, providing you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to get going quickly. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to a robust learning ecosystem, including workshops, training sessions, and digital tools, to accelerate your development.
We seek innovative, curious, problem solvers with the following experience, abilities, and mindset:
- Minimum bachelor / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Digital, Human Resources, Legal, Political Science, or equivalent experience or qualifications
- Maximum 3 years working experience after university graduation
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Legal right to work in Europe (without sponsorship)
- Legal right to work in country of application
- Willingness to relocate abroad
- Fast learner, curious and thinking out of the box
- Initiative and courage for experimentation
- Agility and ability to adjust to dynamic market situations
- Ability to understand and bring to bear commercial insights
- Extraordinary teammate with strong collaboration skill
