Skills and qualifications

University Degree or Technical/Vocational Certification in Computing, Electronics or related IT field  Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in English & Greek) including the ability to explain technical instructions / details to non-technical users  Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL best practices  Technical background in areas such as Networking, System Administration, Databases, System Analysis

Possess keen attention to detail  Customer-centric  Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)  Strong analytical skills  SAP familiarity desirable  Experience in Service Desk role desirable  Decisiveness  Multitasking  Exceptional record keeping skills Team player

 

Duties

Effectively manage the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests received from internal and external customers based on Classification & Prioritization Coordinate incident investigation and analysis: escalate to appropriate L1, L2 & L3 support teams in order to diagnose an incident and restore it  Coordinate the resolution and recovery process: follow up as required and inform key stakeholders on resolution progress (Networking, Server Administration, Virtualization and Application Management)  Coordinate incident closure: verify successful resolution of an incident with internal stakeholders and with Customer and report on it  Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Service Desk which operates 24/7 (shift work)

DESCRIPTION

In search of recent IT-graduates to join our new Software Engineering Academy. We offer 6 months of paid, training & hands-on experience in a real-life simulation environment at our premises in Athens. You will be coached & mentored by our expert Senior Software Engineers & Technical Leads, while having the opportunity to work along-side our teams and experience what Life @ Advantage is really like. REQUIREMENTS

English Language at a high level (Advanced (C1) and above), while knowledge of other languages being an important asset. Male candidates must have completed their military obligations. Proven passion for software development with Java and/or Mobile development (Android / iOS) being their preferred languages. Sound knowledge of the above languages (a technical interview will be included in the selection process). Junior Logistician

Job Role

Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities.

1. Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.

2. Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.

3. Follows DHL policies and guidelines throughout procedures in order to ensure quality and cost control.

4. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.

5. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

6. Participates in special projects or assignments.

Education

• Degree in Logistics or  related field
• PC Literate
• English Language
