Swissport Ground Handling Services is looking for a Quality Auditor. The QA Auditor reports to the QA Manager and is responsible for the review, development and performing internal audit procedures and preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed which will include coverage of functional and operating units. The job will include the following:
  • Support every aspect of internal audit quality system program from audit planning, implementation, feedback and re-audit as required.
  • Inspect, monitor, record and report quality data for operation and incoming Inspection activities to assist in operations.
  • Prepare list of deviations for correction and verify corrections as per established company standards.
  • Enhance quality across organization and provide stable performance to customers.
  • Works with the QA Manager to develop, implement, monitor and manage the company’scompliance with internal control requirements
  • Prepares report(s) based on the results of audits to be presented and shared with seniorstaff.
  • Assist with external audits
  • Ensure that all audit records and documentation are accurate and in compliance withapplicable regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance.
Job Type: Full-time Qualifications and Skills: Applicants should preferable have;
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or Information Technology
  • Experience of internal auditing standards and risk assessment practices
  • A pro-active and hands on approach to safety;
  • Willingness to do occasional travel if project requires;
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Πρόγραμμα Εργασιακής Ένταξης στο Digital Marketing από το Επίκεντρο της ActionAid με τη συνεργασία της Ελληνοαμερικανικής Ένωσης – 145 ώρες Ολοκληρώθηκαν στο τέλος του Ιουλίου, οι 145 ώρες εκπαίδευσης του ειδικού εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος που προσέφερε το Επίκεντρο, σε συνεργασία με την Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση και με μεγάλη ομάδα συνεργατών της ActionAid, σε 15 επαγγελματίες για την επανένταξή τους στην ενεργό επαγγελματική δράση, αλλά και στην στήριξη όσων ήδη εργάζονται. Η Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση προσέφερε στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος αυτού 100 ώρες εκπαίδευσης στο Digital Marketing. Το ειδικό πρόγραμμα διαμορφώθηκε με βάση το Certificate in Digital Marketing, ένα εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα 160 ωρών που προσφέρεται σε υποψήφιους digital marketers από το 2015.  Το γνωστικό αντικείμενο και οι μαθησιακοί στόχοι προσαρμόστηκαν ειδικά στο γνωστικό επίπεδο και στις επαγγελματικές ανάγκες των συμμετεχόντων, υπό τις οδηγίες του Ακαδημαϊκού Υπεύθυνου του Certificate in Digital Marketing, κ. Κωνσταντίνου Ανδρούτσου. Οι συμμετέχουσες και οι συμμετέχοντες μετά από εντατική κατάρτιση με περισσότερους από 15 εισηγητές, απέκτησαν πρακτικές γνώσεις στους κύριους τομείς του digital marketing. Γνωρίζουν πλέον να σχεδιάζουν ιστότοπους, να στήνουν διαφημιστικές καμπάνιες στις πιο δημοφιλείς πλατφόρμες όπως Google & Facebook. Ορισμένοι από αυτούς διεκδικούν ήδη νέες θέσεις στο χώρο ως junior digital marketers, ενώ άλλοι έχουν ήδη κάνει πράξη digital marketing στρατηγικές στην δική τους επιχείρηση. Πέρα από την κατάρτιση στο digital marketing αφιέρωσαν πάνω από 45 ώρες με πιστοποιημένους coaches για την ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων επικοινωνίας και την καλύτερη διασύνδεσή τους με την αγορά εργασίας. Το ειδικό αυτό μέρος του προγράμματος πραγματοποιήθηκε με την συνεργασία των: • Νάγια Αντωνίου: Career & Executive Coach, Msc International & European Relations. Msc in Energy Law, Economics & Strategy • Κωνσταντίνος Γαλάζιος: Επαγγελματικός Σύμβουλος, Εκπαιδευτής Ενηλίκων • Χριστόφορος Καρράς: Performance Coach shoft skills, Music Therapist MSc • Kariera.gr • ICF • ΚΕΜΕΛ Καθ’όλη τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος, οι υπεύθυνοι και οι εθελοντές της ActionAid, αλλά και οι συντονιστές της Ελληνοαμερικανικής Ένωσης, ήταν δίπλα στους συμμετέχοντες παρακολουθώντας στενά την πρόοδό τους και βοηθώντας τους να ξεπεράσουν κάθε εμπόδιο. Το πρόγραμμα πραγματοποιήθηκε εξολοκλήρου σε ζωντανές Online συνεδρίες, αποδεικνύοντας την υψηλή εξειδίκευση και στην online εκπαίδευση των διδασκόντων και των coaches. Η επιτυχία του προγράμματος, η επαγγελματική και προσωπική εξέλιξη των συμμετεχόντων, είναι το αποτέλεσμα  της θέλησης και της μεγάλης προσπάθειας τους για να αξιοποιήσουν μια μοναδική ευκαιρία σε μια ιδιαίτερα απαιτητική περίοδο για τη χώρα και την κοινωνία. Υποτροφίες για Διδακτορικούς Φοιτητές

Το Κέντρο Αριστείας για Έρευνα και Καινοτομία «ΚΟΙΟΣ» δέχεται αιτήσεις για την παραχώρηση έξι (6) υποτροφιών για Διδακτορικούς φοιτητές και φοιτήτριες πλήρους φοίτησης. Το Ερευνητικό Κέντρο «ΚΟΙΟΣ» λειτουργεί εντός του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου, σε συνεργασία με το Imperial College London.
Οι φοιτητές και φοιτήτριες που θα επιλεγούν θα εγγραφούν είτε στο πρόγραμμα Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών είτε Μηχανικών Υπολογιστών του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου και θα διεξάγουν έρευνα στις εγκαταστάσεις του «ΚΟΙΟΣ» σε έναν από τους ακόλουθους τομείς: συστήματα αυτόματου ελέγχου, υπολογιστική νοημοσύνη και μάθηση μηχανής (computational intelligence, machine learning), αυτόνομα συστήματα (autonomous systems), βελτιστοποίηση (optimization), δίκτυα (networks), ενσωματωμένα συστήματα και συστήματα πραγματικού χρόνου (embedded and real- time systems hardware and software), διάγνωση σφαλμάτων (fault diagnosis), κυβερνοασφάλεια, αξιοπιστία, ανθεκτικότητα και ανοχή σφαλμάτων (cyber-security, reliability, resiliency and fault tolerance), αξιόπιστα ολοκληρωμένα συστήματα (dependable integrated systems), κυβερνοφυσικά συστήματα (cyber-physical systems), διαδίκτιο των πραγμάτων (Internet of Things), ευφυή συστήματα μεταφορών, ευφυή δίκτυα νερού, συστήματα ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, τηλεπικοινωνιακά δίκτυα και υπολογισμός στην ακμή (edge computing). Υποψήφιοι με εξαιρετικό μαθηματικό υπόβαθρο ή/και εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη αλγορίθμων και λογισμικού ενθαρρύνονται να υποβάλουν αίτηση.
Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου Το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου ιδρύθηκε το 1989 και λειτούργησε στη Λευκωσία το 1992, ενώ μέσα από αυτή τη σύντομη αλλά δημιουργική πορεία ανάπτυξης, κατέκτησε τη διεθνή καταξίωση και σήμερα βρίσκεται στα 52 καλύτερα νέα Πανεπιστήμια του κόσμου και ανάμεσα στα 351-400 καλύτερα πανεπιστήμια του κόσμου (Times New Higher Education Rankings). Αυτή η μεγάλη διάκριση είναι αποτέλεσμα της αφοσίωσης στην αριστεία και στη συνεχή εξέλιξη. Κατάφερε να ξεχωρίζει και να βραβεύεται στο ιδιαίτερα απαιτητικό και δυναμικό πεδίο της έρευνας, ανοίγοντας νέους επιστημονικούς δρόμους. Το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου κάθε χρόνο γίνεται καλύτερο. Γι’ αυτό και θέλει να έχει μαζί του τους καλύτερους. Στην κατεύθυνση αυτή τα προγράμματα σπουδών του βρίσκονται σε συνεχή εξέλιξη και η πρόσληψη προσωπικού υψηλού επιπέδου συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στο σχεδιασμό και προσφορά νέων προγραμμάτων σπουδών σε προπτυχιακό και μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο σπουδών. Στρατηγικός στόχος του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου αποτελεί η περαιτέρω προώθηση και ανάπτυξη της έρευνας στην οποία το νέο ερευνητικό προσωπικό αναμένεται να διαδραματίσει ουσιαστικό ρόλο.
 
Κέντρο Αριστείας για Έρευνα και Καινοτομία «ΚΟΙΟΣ» Το Ερευνητικό Κέντρο «ΚΟΙΟΣ» αποτελεί τη μεγαλύτερη Ερευνητική Μονάδα του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου, η οποία πρόσφατα αναβαθμίστηκε σε Ευρωπαϊκό Κέντρο Αριστείας για Έρευνα και Καινοτομία μέσω του έργου KIOS CoE Teaming, με σημαντική χρηματοδότηση πέραν των 40 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ, για τη διάρκεια των επόμενων 15 ετών. Το «ΚΟΙΟΣ» σήμερα απασχολεί πέραν των 130 ερευνητών (σε διάφορες βαθμίδες), οι οποίοι υποστηρίζονται από εξωτερικά χρηματοδοτούμενα ερευνητικά προγράμματα. Το «ΚΟΙΟΣ» παρέχει ένα εξαιρετικό περιβάλλον για διεξαγωγή κορυφαίου επιπέδου έρευνας στην περιοχή της Τεχνολογίας Πληροφοριών και Επικοινωνιών, με έμφαση στην παρακολούθηση, τη διαχείριση, τον έλεγχο και την ασφάλεια μεγάλης κλίμακας υποδομών ζωτικής σημασίας, που συμπεριλαμβάνουν συστήματα παραγωγής, μεταφοράς και διανομής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, δίκτυα παροχής νερού, συστήματα μεταφορών, δίκτυα τηλεπικοινωνιών και συστήματα διαχείρισης και ανταπόκρισης σε καταστάσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης. Το Κέντρο στοχεύει στη διεπιστημονική αλληλεπίδραση και προωθεί τη συνεργασία μεταξύ βιομηχανίας, πανεπιστημίων και ερευνητικών οργανισμών σε τομείς υψηλής τεχνολογίας παγκόσμιας σημασίας.
Σύντομη Περιγραφή της θέσης/ Καθήκοντα και ευθύνες: Οι επιτυχείς υποψήφιοι/ες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να διεξάγουν βασική και εφαρμοσμένη έρευνα στις περιοχές των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνιών, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην παρακολούθηση, τον έλεγχο και την ασφάλεια συστημάτων σε υποδομές ζωτικής σημασίας. Θα ενθαρρύνονται να παράγουν και δημοσιεύουν ερευνητικά αποτελέσματα σε διεθνή συνέδρια και περιοδικά, με στόχο την απόκτηση του διδακτορικού διπλώματος. Επίσης, αναμένεται ότι θα συμβάλλουν σε διάφορα ερευνητικά προγράμματα στο Κέντρο Αριστείας «ΚΟΙΟΣ» με στόχο την υλοποίηση των στρατηγικών του στόχων.
Προφίλ ιδανικού/ής υποψηφίου/ψήφιας: Ο ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α πρέπει να διαθέτει άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας και να έχει εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες οργάνωσης και αυτοδιαχείρισης. Πρέπει επίσης να διαθέτει τις τεχνικές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και τις γνώσεις που απαιτούνται για την εκτέλεση συγκεκριμένων μηχανικών, πληροφοριακών, μαθηματικών ή επιστημονικών καθηκόντων. Πρέπει να έχει την ικανότητα της κριτικής σκέψης, όπου θα πρέπει να είναι σε θέση να χρησιμοποιεί τη λογική και την αντίληψή του/της για να εντοπίσει τα δυνατά σημεία και τις αδυναμίες εναλλακτικών λύσεων, συμπερασμάτων ή προσεγγίσεων σε συγκεκριμένα προβλήματα. Η ικανότητα να δίνεται σωστή προτεραιότητα στις εργασίες του/της και να διαχειρίζεται αποτελεσματικά τον δικό του/της χρόνο είναι απαραίτητη.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο ή/και Μεταπτυχιακό Τίτλο Σπουδών στη Μηχανική (Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού, Μηχανικού Υπολογιστών, Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού) ή Πληροφορικής ή Μαθηματικών ή σε παρεμφερή κλάδο, από αναγνωρισμένο Ανώτατο Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα.
  • Προηγούμενη ερευνητική εμπειρία θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
Όροι υποτροφίας:
Η υποτροφία θα είναι για ένα έτος, ανανεώσιμη ετησίως με βάση την πρόοδο και την επίδοση του φοιτητή ή της φοιτήτριας, μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών, για διάστημα 3-5 ετών. Περιλαμβάνει τα δίδακτρα φοίτησης καθώς και μηνιαίο μισθό μεταξύ €1000 – €1700 αναλόγως προσόντων και εμπειρίας. Ο 13ος μισθός είναι ενσωματωμένος στον μηνιαίο μισθό. Η άδεια μητρότητας θα χορηγείται με βάσει των περί Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων Νόμων από το 1980 έως το 2012.

What You’ll Do:
  • Cooperate very closely with the teams of our offices in the APAC region and be their extended arm for US/Canada focused requests
  • Review and analyse client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project
  • Utilise the phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you are working on
  • Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration
  • Coordinate with Guidepoint Advisors to obtain required information for Project Managers
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors
  • Gain expertise on the various industries our clients work in order to make sure Guidepoint always finds the right experts for a given project
  • Work from 11:30 to 20:30 (incl. 1 hour break)
 
What You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree with high level of academic achievements / Young Professional (m/f) with first working experience
  • Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind and “can do”-attitude along with pro-active and results-oriented work style
  • Prior experience in US/Canada’s executive search market / business research or management consulting is a plus
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with individuals at all professional levels
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; working proficiency in Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus

Η ΣΑΤΜ ΕΜΠ (Εργαστήριο Γεωδαισίας) πρόκειται να προκηρύξει δύο (2) αμειβόμενες θέσεις υποψηφίων διδακτόρων στα παρακάτω γνωστικά αντικείμενα:

Μία (1) θέση υποψήφιου διδάκτορα στο γνωστικό αντικείμενο «Δορυφορικός Εντοπισμός – GNSS Positioning» Περιγραφή: Ανάπτυξη αλγορίθμων κινηματικού εντοπισμού και πλοήγησης σε δύσκολα περιβάλλοντα με αξιοποίηση σύγχρονων δορυφορικών σημάτων GNSS και ετερογενών μετρήσεων.
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο ή μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών Αγρονόμου & Τοπογράφου Μηχανικού, Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού & Μηχανικού Υπολογιστών, Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού, Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Προγραμματιστική εμπειρία: Python, Matlab, C/C++
  • Εμπειρία σε βάσεις δεδομένων SQL
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής
  Επιθυμητά προσόντα
  • Εμπειρία σε μεθοδολογίες και εφαρμογές εντοπισμού / πλοήγησης ή Location‐Based Services (LBS)
  • Γνώσεις ανάλυσης σήματος και μεθόδους βελτιστοποίησης (Kalman filtering, data fusion techniques, FFT algorithms, statistics and adjustment theory)
  • Γνώσεις προγραμματισμού αισθητήρων πλοήγησης (απευθείας ή με χρήση ενδιάμεσου λογισμικού π.χ. LabView κ.α.),
  • Γνώσεις προγραμματισμού έξυπνων συσκευών κινητής τηλεφωνίας (smartphones) ή tablets και συναφής Εμπειρία με APIs όπως Accelerometer, Google Maps, Location Services
  • Υπόβαθρο σε embedded software development

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

Responsibilities

  • Execution at delivery work that meets or exceeds expectations based on a strong understanding of our business and needs.
  • Cooperation with users to define system requirements and resolution of complex problems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information technology or IT related field
  • A min of 3 years’ hands-on experience in ERP design and custom configuration in Finance, Procurement, Sales, Accounting, and Reporting modules.
  • Very good knowledge and practical usage of MS Office tools
  • Very good database experience writing queries in SQL/SOQL, MSSQL,Mysql working with Data Loader, Workbench and ETL tools to perform bulk data updates.
Nice to have:
  • Experience integrating Softone Erp with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs
  • SoftOne Cloud Erp Implementation experience
  • Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or MBA will be considered an asset
