Job Title Store Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst Alfa Beta is one of the largest retail chains with 309 Super Markets, 15 Cash & Carry, 190 franchise stores and over 14 500 employees. To make that happen, we are currently setting up the Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment department and we are looking for Store Forecasting & Replenishment Analysts to join our Team. Within the Planning, Forecast & Replenishment dpt, they are responsible for evaluating, reviewing, adjusting when necessary and releasing (SAP F&R) order proposals for the allocated stores. The Job Holder:
  • Evaluates, reviews and releases/changes order proposals produced by the system (SAP F&R) for the allocated stores, considering available stock, discrepancies, events, trends and daily logistical information in order to secure optimal inventory levels, to increase availability/sales and decrease Days On Hand
  • Coordinates with Operations and Buying departments to create manual orders for the allocated stores
  • Interprets system exceptions, proposes and implements a fit solution depending on the situation
  • Configures Demand Influencing Factors (DIFs) related to calendar events and promotions in the system for the allocated stores
  • Communicates and coordinates with the allocated stores on daily basis to provide store support for replenishment
  • Produces and shares relevant reports in order to ensure transparency of all relevant to F&R KPIs and SAP F&R functioning (for the allocated stores)
Requirements
  • BSc in Mathematics/Statistics, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
  • Working experience up to 2 years in retail store operations, supply chain, logistics and/or demand planning
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications. Experience in working with SAP or other ERP would be considered an asset

Σκοπός– Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες και Καθήκοντα:
  • Οικονομική – Διοικητική παρακολούθηση του έργου (σύνταξη αναφορών οικονομικού αντικειμένου, συνεισφορά στην φυσικού αντικειμένου, επικοινωνία με εταίρους και διαχειριστικές αρχές, σύνταξη φακέλων πιστοποιήσεων δαπανών, την τήρηση των συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων του έργου κλπ.)
  • Εκπόνηση μελετών, αναλύσεων, στρατηγικών σχεδίων, οδηγών καλών πρακτικών του έργου
  • Διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων, εκπαιδευτικών ημερίδων, διαγωνισμών, συναντήσεων εταίρων έργων, ημερίδων διάχυσης και ενημέρωσης αποτελεσμάτων έργου
  • Διαχείριση Πρωτοκόλλου ΕΠΠ, χειρισμός τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
  • Τιμολόγηση, καταχωρήσεις παραστατικών στο πρόγραμμα λογιστικής υποστήριξης, κωδικοποίηση ΕΓΛΣ, επιμερισμός δαπανών – μισθοδοσιών έργων.
  • Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία λογαριασμών όπως π.χ. προμηθευτών, πελατών, αξιογράφων, τραπεζικών λογαριασμών κ.ο.κ.
  • Μηνιαία Reports σε συνεργασία με την Διοίκηση (Cash Flow-Budgeting)
  • Συμμετοχή στην διαδικασία του ετήσιου ελέγχου των οικονομικών καταστάσεων σε συνεργασία με τον Ορκωτό Λογιστή
  • Επικοινωνία και διεκπεραίωση των υποχρεώσεων του ΕΠΠ με τις αρμόδιες Δημόσιες Υπηρεσίες, Τραπεζικά Ιδρύματα κλπ.
  • Παρακολούθηση, ενημέρωση και εφαρμογή των απαιτήσεων της εθνικής και κοινοτικής νομοθεσίας και διατάξεων
  • Παρακολούθηση και τήρηση αρχείου, συμβάσεων προσωπικού, σύνταξη και παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων προμηθευτών – πελατών
  • Προετοιμασία δικαιολογητικών και τεχνικών – οικονομικών προσφορών για συμμετοχή σε διαγωνισμούς
  • Εκτέλεση διαδικασιών Προμηθειών, Δημιουργία και Υλοποίηση Διαγωνισμών Δημοσίων συμβάσεων (χρήση της πλατφόρμας ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, ΚΗΜΔΗΣ, ΔΙΑΥΓΕΙΑ)
  • Σύνταξη και Τήρηση αρχείου πρακτικών Δ.Σ. και Γ.Σ., μέριμνα περί δημοσιότητας ΓΕΜΗ
 
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο ή δίπλωμα Ανώτερης ή Ανώτατης Σχολής της ημεδαπής ή αναγνωρισμένο ισότιμο τίτλο σπουδών Εκπαιδευτικών Ιδρυμάτων της αλλοδαπής, με ειδίκευση στα Οικονομικά, τη Λογιστική και τη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον τεσσάρων (4) ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση και κατά προτίμηση σε Δημόσιο Φορέα.
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση Ευρωπαϊκών και Εθνικών ερευνητικών έργων και συγχρηματοδοτούμενων προγραμμάτων με σχετικό αντικείμενο απασχόλησης.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών γραφείου (MS-Office) και Προγραμμάτων Λογιστικής τήρησης βιβλίων Γ’ κατηγορίας.
 
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:
  • Μεταπτυχιακό Τίτλο Σπουδών της ημεδαπής ή αναγνωρισμένο ισότιμο τίτλο σπουδών Εκπαιδευτικών Ιδρυμάτων της αλλοδαπής συναφές με το αντικείμενο της θέσης.

  • Εμπειρία στη διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων, εκπαιδευτικών ημερίδων, διαγωνισμών, συναντήσεων εταίρων έργων, ημερίδων διάχυσης και ενημέρωσης αποτελεσμάτων.
