Περιγραφή Θέσης 

•  Διεκπεραίωση τραπεζικών & χρηματιστηριακών συναλλαγών
•  Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω εισερχομένων κλήσεων αναφορικά με τις υπηρεσίες e-banking & mobile banking
•  Ακύρωση καρτικών προϊόντων λόγω απώλειας ή κλοπής
•  Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων πελατών για το σύνολο των προϊόντων της τράπεζας
•  Επίλυση αποριών και παροχή λύσεων αναφορικά με τα προϊόντα της Τράπεζας
•  Καταχώρηση πληροφοριών στο σύστημα της εταιρείας Προφίλ Υποψηφίου
•  Απόφοιτος/η ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ
•  Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση εξυπηρέτησης πελατών θα εκτιμηθεί
•   Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
•  Καλή γνώση ΗΥ και ψηφιακές δεξιότητες

Αναζητούμε  Embedded Software Engineer  το σχεδιασμό, την ανάπτυξη και τη συντήρηση Υλισμικού (Firmware) για τα  Embedded/IoT συστήματα της εταιρείας Neuropublic, Αρμοδιότητες θέσης

• Ανάπτυξη της λειτουργικότητας των IoT (Internet of Things) συστημάτων της εταιρείας (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των αγροτηλεμετρικών σταθμών gaiatron),
• Ενσωμάτωση νέων αισθητήρων και συστημάτων στην υπάρχουσα υποδομή
• Υποστήριξη της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του δικτύου IoT,
• Αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών ζητημάτων που προκύπτουν στα συστήματα αυτά στο πεδίο
• Ανάλυση και βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας, της σταθερότητας και της επεκτασιμότητας των πόρων του συστήματος
• Συνεργασία και επικοινωνία με τα μέλη του τμήματος ανάπτυξης Δικτύου ΙοΤ, στα πλαίσια του μεγαλύτερου Project Ευφυούς Γεωργίας στην Ελλάδα.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου

• Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών / Προγραμματιστών/ συναφούς σχολής.
• Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε συναφές αντικείμενο θα εκτιμηθεί.
• Ευχέρεια στην ανάγνωση, σύνταξη κι αποσφαλμάτωση κώδικα Embedded C.
• Ευχέρεια στην ανάγνωση σχηματικών και PCB.
• Ευχέρεια στη χρήση οργάνων εργαστηρίου ηλεκτρονικής (σταθμός συγκόλλησης, εργαστηριακό τροφοδοτικό, παλμογράφος, γεννήτρια σήματος, protocol analyzer).
• Δυνατότητα υλοποίησης απλών σχηματικών.
• Εμπειρία σε RF, HTTP, Python λαμβάνεται υπ’ όψη.
• Διετής προϋπηρεσία σε Embedded συστήματα.
• Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδικής συνεργασίας
• Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους).

Cybersecurity Engineer
