Το Διαδικτυακό Workshop «Εκπαίδευση σε Κοινωνικές Δεξιότητες: Συναισθηματική Ρύθμιση, Επικοινωνία, Διεκδικητικότητα», διάρκειας 120 λεπτών, θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω της πλατφόρμας Big Blue Button την  Τετάρτη 22/12/2021, 12:00-14:00. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/-ες φοιτητές/φοιτήτριες θα δηλώνουν συμμετοχή μέσω της ιστοσελίδας accessibility.unipi.gr και θα τους αποστέλλεται ένα αυτοματοποιημένο email με το link στο οποίο θα μπορούν να παρακολουθήσουν το workshop.
  Τα μέσα και οι τεχνικές διεξαγωγής του workshop αποτελούνται από παρουσίαση PowerPoint, διάλογο, τα βίντεο, τα roleplays, τις βιωματικές ασκήσεις και την ανατροφοδότηση. Ο μέγιστος αριθμός των συμμετεχόντων/συμμετεχουσών θα είναι δέκα άτομα. Οι στόχοι και τα προσδοκώμενα αποτελέσματα για τους/τις συμμετέχοντες/ συμμετέχουσες είναι: α) η απόκτηση γνώσης σχετικά με τις δεξιότητες λεκτικής και μη λεκτικής επικοινωνίας και β) η πρακτική εξάσκηση σε δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας. Το σεμινάριο λαμβάνει χώρα στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης του Έργου «Κοινωνική Μέριμνα Φοιτητών Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς».

Σύντομη περιγραφή- εξ αποστάσεως σεμινάριο (Webinar) επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης: «Αξιοποιώ τις θετικές μου δυνάμεις στο σχεδιασμό σταδιοδρομίας»   Το εξ αποστάσεως σεμινάριο (webinar) επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης «Αξιοποιώ τις θετικές μου δυνάμεις στο σχεδιασμό σταδιοδρομίας», διάρκειας 120’, θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω της πλατφόρμας Big Blue Button στις 29/11/2021, 13.00-15.00 μ.μ.. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/-ες φοιτητές/-τριες μπορούν να δηλώσουν συμμετοχή στην ιστοσελίδα http://accessibility.unipi.gr/­. Μετά τη δήλωση συμμετοχής, θα λάβουν αυτόματα έναν ηλεκτρονικό σύνδεσμο (link) στην ηλεκτρονική τους διεύθυνση (email). Πατώντας στο link θα μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν στο διαδικτυακό σεμινάριο κατά την προγραμματισμένη ώρα διεξαγωγής. Σημειώνεται ότι, για να αποφευχθούν τεχνικά προβλήματα σύνδεσης, καλό θα είναι οι συμμετέχοντες/ -ουσες να παρακολουθήσουν το σεμινάριο με τη χρήση laptop ή σταθερού Η/Υ (desktop). Τα μέσα και οι τεχνικές που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για τη διεξαγωγή του σεμιναρίου περιλαμβάνουν στοχευμένες ερωτήσεις και διάλογο, ερωτηματολόγια αξιολόγησης θετικών παραγόντων (αισιοδοξία, θάρρος σχετικά με τη σταδιοδρομία) και επεξεργασία μελέτης περίπτωσης (case study). Ο μέγιστος αριθμός των συμμετεχόντων/-ουσών θα είναι δέκα (10) άτομα. Αναμένεται μετά το πέρας του σεμιναρίου οι συμμετέχοντες/-ουσες να έχουν:
  • κατανοήσει το ρόλο που διαδραματίζουν οι θετικοί εσωτερικοί τους πόροι (π.χ.: θάρρος, ελπίδα, αισιοδοξία, ανθεκτικότητα) στη διαχείριση ζητημάτων σταδιοδρομίας σε κρίσιμες περιόδους, που χαρακτηρίζονται από σημαντικές αλλαγές στην οργάνωση της ζωής και της εργασίας.

Το Γραφείο Διασύνδεσης του Πανεπιστήμιου Πειραιώς σε συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Τουριστικών Σπουδών διοργανώνει Ημέρες Καριέρας διαδικτυακά για τους τελειόφοιτους φοιτητές και απόφοιτους του Τμήματος στις 8 και 9 Δεκεμβρίου 2021. Η εκδήλωση θα υποστηριχθεί μέσω ειδικής πλατφόρμας. Το πρόγραμμα της συγκεκριμένης δράση είναι: Τετάρτη 8 Δεκεμβρίου 10πμ. The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work in cross-cultural teams with our Project Managers in our U.S. and Asia offices in order to deliver the best possible service for our global Clients
  • Review and analyze client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project
  • Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you’re working on
  • Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors
  • Gain expertise on the various industries our clients work in order to make sure Guidepoint always finds the right experts for a given project

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with high level of academic achievements / Young Professional (m/f) with first working experience
  • Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind and „can do“-attitude along with pro-active and results-oriented work style
  • Prior experience in executive search, market / business research or management consulting is a plus
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with individuals at all professional levels
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; very good knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

  • Cooperate very closely with the teams of our offices in the APAC region and be their extended arm for US/Canada focused requests
  • Review and analyse client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project
  • Utilise the phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you are working on
  • Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration
  • Coordinate with Guidepoint Advisors to obtain required information for Project Managers
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors
  • Gain expertise on the various industries our clients work in order to make sure Guidepoint always finds the right experts for a given project
  • Work from 11:30 to 20:30 (incl. 1 hour break)

WHAT YOU HAVE:
