The successful candidate is expected to provide business development, project coordination and strategic development services for research and innovation projects at the Center, including DiGiNN2. DiGiNN2.0 is the European Digital Innovation Hub of Cyprus, supporting SMEs, startups, and public organisations in adopting AI and advanced digital technologies. It provides AI expertise, testing facilities, training, compliance guidance, and investment support to accelerate digital transformation and innovation.

Job Announcement – Project Specialist

Join Londoninst DMC and become part of a dynamic team managing and growing relationships with educational agencies, university partners, and student accommodation resellers across Europe. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of partners and clients, making outbound calls and executing targeted campaigns.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing detailed accommodation options, pricing, and sales support.
• Generate qualified leads, present student housing solutions, and assist in closing booking deals.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS365 (Excel, PowerPoint) for partner meetings.

  Requirements:

• Mandatory: Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• 0-2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or the student travel/housing sector.
• Strong business communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
