Are you our new Technical Architect? As a Technical Architect at Intrum in Athens, you will have a pivotal role in shaping and designing new technology solutions within the Intrum Group ecosystem, during a period of major transformation. With IT assets moving under Market-level management and multiple new core, workflow, portal, and finance solutions planned for implementation, this role is critical to ensuring scalable, secure, and well-architected systems. You will work closely with Intrum Group Architects and local technology teams to design end-to-end technical solutions that support high-volume transactions, API-based integrations, queuing mechanisms, and resilient operations, in line with group standards and financial services regulatory requirements. What will you do:
  • Define end-to-end architecture covering application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers
  • Ensure solutions support high-availability, transactional integrity, and operational resilience
  • Develop cloud adoption plans, design scalable architectures, and select appropriate cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Oversee deployment, integration, and management of cloud environments (public, private, hybrid).
  • Ensure security, performance, cost-effectiveness, and high availability using monitoring tools and best practices.
  • Liaise with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, translating complex needs into technical roadmaps.
  • Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and recommend new solutions
  • Design and review API-based integrations, event-driven and queue-based architectures
  • Provide architectural guidance for core systems, workflow platforms, portals, and finance-related solutions
  • Ensure alignment with Group architectural standards, security principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Support the transition of IT assets under Market-level management from an architectural perspective
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust, scalable technical designs
  • Act as a technical authority during solution design, implementation, and vendor discussions
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Systems Architect in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, transactional systems, and messaging/queuing technologies
  • Hand on Experience in designing solution on Azure cloud platform
  • Experience in building new systems & migrating application to Azure cloud platform
  • Strong conceptual and technical knowledge of system operations and service reliability
  • Understanding of telecommunications concepts and technologies relevant to system integration and connectivity
  • Experience designing solutions for financial services or other regulated industries
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Group-level architects and local delivery teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to design solutions balancing scalability, security, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to interpret and apply architectural standards and policies in practical implementations
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to support delivery under tight timelines
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

We’re hiring a Senior front-end business developer to open doors and win market share in Groups/MICE across our destinations. You will prospect, pitch, and acquire high-quality group accounts, then coordinate smooth handoffs to our Groups operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for Greece, expanding to other destinations.
  • Identify and secure new accounts (corporates, agencies, associations).
  • Represent Travelive at trade shows and industry events, travel regularly for client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Recruit and onboard new talent to strengthen the Groups team as business grows.
  • Partner with Marketing on competitive analysis and positioning.

Requirements

Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Daily interaction (email and phone) with US Travel Agents and clients. We are looking to expand our sales team for Egypt and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Egypt. Responsibilities include:

  • Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services
  • Create client profiles and prepare client quotations
  • Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
  • Convert enquiries and meet sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and tailor itineraries to meet specific requests
  • Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
  • Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools
  • Assist senior sales personnel with client quotes and communication

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Knowledge of travel destinations in Egypt
  • Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Egypt
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform
  • Must be team-oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Candidates should be personable, enthusiastic, and extremely polished
  • Fluency in English – all communication, written and verbal is in English
  • 3-4 years of experience in the travel industry and/or in an international environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail is required

Compensation is based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonuses for meeting sales targets.
