• You take care of the continuous operation of cloud infrastructures for our national and international customers
• You will take on administrative and planning tasks in the VMware environment in our data centers
• You support our customers with support requests and take care of troubleshooting (2nd / 3rd level support)
• In order to guarantee a smooth process, you document your processes in our applications
• In addition, you will bring our products and services closer to our customers by preparing and conducting technical product demonstrations and workshops

• Completed vocational training or studies in the IT sector or comparable professional experience
• Well-founded knowledge in dealing with VMware technologies such as Horizon, NSX, vSAN and/or VSphere
• First experience in technical project management
• Enthusiasm for system administration
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Technical PreSales Engineer (m/f/d) – IT Infrastructure 

• Due to your professional expertise, you will be entrusted with tasks in the areas of network, virtualization, storage, operating systems and/or cloud services
• You actively support the day-to-day business in the continuous (further) development of our customers’ cloud infrastructures and, in addition to account management, serve as an important instance in the sales of our portfolio
• You will also inspire our customers with your strong technical understanding of DTS as a long-term managed service provider by putting previous IT concepts to the test
• In order to ensure that the project runs smoothly, you will be in constant contact with other technical and sales departments
• Depending on your interests, we also offer you the big stage and you act as a speaker at workshops and events

• 2 years of professional experience in technical project management and/or sales of IT services that require explanation
• Good knowledge of using technologies from the Linux, Microsoft, public cloud or storage environment
• Responsible and service-oriented action with above-average problem-solving and change skills
• Ability to inspire our customers with ease for our technical solutions and services
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
