HR Assistant

Your mission The role of the HR Assistant involves a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. As an important part of the role is to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. The HR assistant role also assists in creating policies, processes and documents. In addition, assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Main responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Selection

• Handling of recruitment process cycle (incl. Talentlink tool)
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Assist to conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

2. Payroll

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing and preparing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Communicate with public services when necessary

3. Training and Development

• Interface with external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate

4. Human resource information and management system

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field.
• Desired Master Degree in HR related field.
