• Daily accounts reconciliation, including analyzing account data and generating financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of local & other group statutory reports
• Assist in the preparation of VAT & Tax reports
• Review and monitoring of invoices and preparation of payment instructions
• Bank reconciliations
• Perform other general accounting & bookkeeping duties
• Implement accounting records of day-to-day transactions based on accounting policies and standards in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts (banks, intercompany, suppliers, customers etc.)

• University graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Very good knowledge of English language

So what’s the challenge… The Credit Risk Analysts’ role is to assess and support the effectiveness and accuracy of the credit score and limits, applying the necessary modifications and adjustments according to credit policy to enhance the mitigation of credit risks Your day to day will include:

• Supporting the development of the credit policy and limits for all business lines according to the business objectives and market/financial conditions
• Participating in the development of credit risk models and credit scores and applying the necessary adjustment and modifications to enable the accurate and efficient execution of credits
• Monitoring the credit behavior of partners and proposing adjustments in the policy to increase the level of credit risk protection
• Cooperating with all necessary Teams and external partners for the identification of additional risk factors that can affect the development of the credit risk models
• Monitoring and assessing the level of alignment of credit operations with the credit policies and procedures, and proposing the application of the necessary actions and adjustments
• Participating in the execution of User Acceptance Tests of credit control functionalities on all platforms (gaming, ERP, reporting, Credit Control platforms, webapps applications etc.)
• Collaborating closely with IT and RPA teams, in order to improve credit risk evaluation procedures
• Escalating deviations from Policy, proposing topics for Credit Committee and preparing relative agenda
• Preparing reports regarding the operational results and KPIs of the Credit Risk Team (e.g. financial results, bad debts progress, other regular and ad hoc reports)
• Running forecasts regarding credit risk evolution and debt creation

What you need to succeed: 

• BSc in Finance, Business or relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or credit operations
• Very good knowledge of credit risk management policies, principles and regulatory requirements
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Excellent knowledge of business priorities and commercial policies
• Analytical & conceptual thinking
• Results Oriented Mindset
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
• Advanced MS Excel user
