Junior Analyst – Operational Due Diligence: Financial Statements Reviewer
A highly prestigious Financial Services Firm, is currently seeking for a high motivated candidate to cover the following position: Junior Analyst – Operational Due Diligence: Financial Statements Reviewer
Daily Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements of hedge funds (compute ratios and report potential risks for the investors)
- Review documents submitted by the manager to the SEC
- Review background investigation reports on the manager’s key personnel
Education/Experience Required:
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Strong background in accounting. Candidates must have completed at least one academic program related to Financial Statement Analysis.
- Very good understanding of finance topics.
- Bachelors or masters in Accounting and Finance will be preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP will be appreciated.
- Prior work experience of up to 2 years within the finance space will be looked upon favourably.
