Responsibilities
- Day to day book keeping – invoicing
- Monitoring of the reports for possible deviations and verification of them.
- Monitoring of the contracts of the clients, billing and billing report.
- Reviewing of monthly reconciliation of balances
- Communication with customers – suppliers.
- Record maintenance for all the contracts with suppliers and partners, monitoring for the expiration date, the plenitude and the accuracy according to the business policies.
- Monitoring and verification of the VAT number of customers – suppliers.
- Monitoring of accounts payable & receivable cycle
- Record maintenance for all the above.

Education – Knowledge
- University Degree in Finance.
- 0-1 years of experience in similar position.
Skills – Competencies
- Time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Command in English language.
