What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a QA Specialist based out of Athens. In this role you will be working closely with the Operations teams in order to ensure quality of campaign information by conducting QA tests and checks on deliverables.
What We Want You To Do:
- Perform QA and proofreading of all client-facing deliverables to ensure accuracy and overall quality throughout the process of digital marketing campaigns
- Utilize multiple information resources to verify accuracy of campaign information and configuration
- Utilize QA processes and tools to review textual and visual campaign content for multiple digital channels (e.g. SMS, Email. Paid Media etc.) in formats such as Excel, PDF, and HTML
- Review and propose improvements on existing templates and processes
- Monitor the QA process of campaigns and report identified QA issues
- Maintain a tracker of all QA issues and report on quarterly QA targets
- Timely responding to any QA request and working effectively with Operations’ teams
What We Want To See:
- Strong academic record, including an undergraduate degree preferably in Quality Management
- 1-2 years of hands-on proofreading / QA experience
- Strong proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
- Knowledge of HTML will be considered a plus
- Experience using testing or proofing tools such as Litmus will be considered a plus
- Experience working with an ESP, Facebook Ads and/or Photoshop is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
