R&D CONSULTANT for international e-Government projects(ref: ITC/01/18)

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is a renowned supplier of IT services to European Union Institutions, international organizations, European Agencies and national government Administrations internationally.
We are looking for an R&D Consultant fluent in English to join our growing team of e-Government solutions / products development and offer his/her services in various strategic international projects of the company. The work will be carried out at the Client’s and the Company’s premises, in Europe.
Your tasks:
Participation in R&D activities and elaboration of the full suite of technical deliverables of web development projects, as summarized in the following:
- Participation in business and technical meetings;
- Analysis and documentation of feasibility studies and business requirements;
- Elaboration of functional/non-functional specifications (use cases, etc.);
- Preparation of test plan, test data, and organisation of functional testing;
- Documentation of test scenarios, test cases, and test reports;
- Preparation of documentation (user manuals, reports, etc.);
- Delivery of consulting, training and helpdesk services to end-users;
- Project Management support, coordination, and reporting.
Madatory skills:
- University Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with postgraduate qualification;
- Analytical thinking, presentation, coordination and collaboration skills;
- Experience in e-government applications, case management systems, software services (SaaS);
- Experience in the development/maintenance lifecycle of web applications (functional specifications, test cases, testing suites and incident management tools, etc.);
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Desired skills
- Experience in the field of Intellectual Property (trademarks, patents, designs) or eProcurement (eSourcing, eCatalogues, eAuctions);
- Solid understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, Java, CSS technologies;
- Working knowledge of Spanish, Polish or French.
