Entry Level Java Developer
Working activities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Entry
To enter this profession, you’ll need a solid post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject specialized in Java development. Knowledge of English literacy is mandatory and a background of Relational Databases is essential.
