Digital Advertising Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and continuously optimize funnels and creatives.
- Manage and scale budgets effectively across multiple accounts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms
- Basic understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS)
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
