📍 Location: Kallithea 💼 Full-time | Permanent
Key responsibilities:
- Entering data into the company’s system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Gathering and validating the accuracy of policy entries in respect of financial data, insurance period, covers etc. and relevant business documentation as per the company’s requirements.
- Preparing formal insurance documentation and communicating as appropriate.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and correspondence using templates as required.
- Maintaining electronic and hard filing of policies and documentation as directed.
- Responding to general inquiries arising from our Broking Department.
Required Skills & Experience
- BSc degree in Insurance Science and/or Finance
- Excellent English command and Computer literacy.
- Critical thinking and analytical mind-set with a keen eye on detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport easily.
- Team orientation, adaptability, willingness to learn and professionally grow.
- Proven previous experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of Bluebyte will be a plus.
