So what’s the challenge…
As a Stores Concept & Design Specialist, you’ll tweak store layouts to enhance customer experience and boost OPAP/PLAY product buzz. Ready to level up in the vibrant world of our retail network?
Your day to day will include:
- Designing and developing product displays, stands, furniture, and POP material for OPAP & Play Stores
- Optimizing store layout presentation of all products & supporting materials to maximize revenue
- Assisting in the design, development, and execution of new store concepts based on compliance framework
- Creating easy-to-follow merchandising guides
- Working closely with vendors to update and develop store layouts
- Checking that store equipment is placed correctly according to regulation and standards
- Performing regular store visits to validate accurate implementation of design standards
What you need to succeed:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role in the Retail/Banking industry
- Proficient user of AutoCAD, of SketchUp & V-Ray (or other relevant 3D modeling programs) and of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
- Creativity & conceptual thinking
- Organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills on both Greek and English language
