As a Marketing Communications Specialist – Retail, you’ll revolutionize in-store experiences with cutting-edge digital tools and interactive solutions to captivate customers and elevate store performance. Dive into the dynamic world of OPAP and Play Stores, driving impactful product launches and engaging promotions. Ready to transform retail and make your mark?
Your day to day will include:
• Enhancing customer experience by creating memorable interactions
• Driving digital comms strategy with content structure for both Opap and Play Stores channels based on store typology
• Assisting in marketing initiatives and product campaigns to boost impact
• Digitalizing Retail Marketing promotions through digital transformation
• Supporting product launches with content development and promo scheduling
• Managing in-store digital comms, including screens, audio messages, and notifications
• Engaging in the omni-channel strategy by connecting with product, brand, social media, and the OPAP store app teams
• Performing store visits to validate communication standards
• Developing briefs and reports for digital comms implementation
• Supporting the audio strategy by managing the music, jingles, and their scheduling
What you need to succeed:
• 3+ years in Communications/Marketing
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management
• Creative and skilled in high-quality digital material development
• Good consulting, interpersonal, and team skills
• Quick and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience in highly-matrixed or complex organizations a plus
